Investissement Conseils highlights Convert Hotel FPCI. This aims to bring more reversability and modularity to the hotel market. Convert Hotel was indeed designed to finance the mutation of hotels with limited or under-used occupancy into para-hotel, co-living or residential assets.
A transformation that smoothes the occupancy rate year-round to attract hot-deskers as a neighborhood clientele. The hotel is then less dependent of accommodation and brings its useful square meters to life during the day.

While economic development is disconnected from the objectives of improving health and education, reducing poverty, reducing unemployment, bringing well-being of the entire population, can the economy once again become a solution for the world of tomorrow?
Entrepreneurs and leaders committed to ecological and social transition prove that this is possible. The economy must and can change, but changes at the margins will not be enough to meet the challenges we face. A new model is needed as a renewed contract between the State and companies at the service of the common good.
More than 2,000 leaders committed to ecological and social transition have signed the Manifesto for the Economy of Tomorrow and proposed solutions to make 2022 the year of the social and environmental transformation of the economy.
See you on February 3 at 11 a.m. at the Museum of Natural History for the Manifesto for the Economy of Tomorrow press conference!

The hotel real estate market picked up a few colors in 2021. While it has accelerated the renewal of accommodation concepts, hotels are opening up to new horizons, such as offices, events, mixed use and ecology : “There is true real estate engineering to be implemented to increase our ability to change the destination of buildings in the short and medium term and thus meet the needs of society, such as housing for seniors and students”, explains Jean- Marc Palhon, Chairman of EXTENDAM. The management company has just launched Convert Hotel, a fund dedicated to mutation of obsolete hotel assets to mixed uses and reversibility assets.
