
The French investment group has announced the refurbishment of the Silken Rona Dalba Hotel in Salamanca. This €2 million-project will transform the property to reposition it as a 4-star establishment. The renovation will modernize both the rooms and common areas and include an improvement plan for the hotel’s energy performance.
The Silken Rona Dalba is located at Plaza San Juan Bautista de Bárbalos and enjoys a prime location just a five-minute walk from the Plaza Mayor and near Salamanca’s main tourist attractions. With 94 rooms ranging from triples and family rooms to deluxe, basic, and comfort options, the hotel offers a variety of choices for all types of travelers.
This investment marks the beginning of a collaboration with EXTENDAM, a leader in private equity for budget and mid-range hotels in Europe. EXTENDAM manages an impressive portfolio of 340 hotels with an asset value of €3.9 billion on December 31st, 2024.
