A new eco-district for Bordeaux

Designed in 2006, the Ginko eco-district is laying its last stone in Bordeaux. On 32 hectare, Ginko is a succession of heterogeneous blocks with collective and individual housing, silo parking lots with shared hanging gardens and shops on the ground floor.

This eco-district will be extended with the Noème operation, reproducing the qualities of its predecessor by improving them. Composed of nine blocks, including one block entrusted to Maud Caubet Architects, the work will begin in November.
