[BONI.D🎭] La Poudrerie: A Theater at the Heart of the Community!

Since 2011, La Poudrerie has been revolutionizing theater by putting the residents of Sevran and northeastern Seine-Saint-Denis at the heart of each creation. Under the leadership of Valérie Suner, this state-supported theater focuses on participatory productions where audience members become performers: creating plays based on their own experiences and sometimes hosting immersive performances in their own homes! 🎭🏠

With 120 performances annually in living rooms and parks, La Poudrerie invites everyone to reflect, debate, and share a convivial moment on key social issues. The initiative not only removes financial barriers by offering free shows but also strengthens bonds between generations, neighborhoods, and cultures. This “theater of social connection” invites us all to reinvent our relationship with art and citizenship.

👏 Kudos to La Poudrerie for this inclusive and innovative model that’s inspiring communities across the country!

☀️ Citizen investment at the heart of the local energy transition! ☀️

The photovoltaic park of Bissey-sous-Cruchaud, in Saône-et-Loire, is evolving with the entry of SEM Saône-et-Loire Energies Renouvelables and the Sud Côte Chalonnaise Community of Municipalities into its shareholding. Developed by CVE and supported by Énergie Partagée since 2018, this project is a fine example of local collaboration for renewable energy.

Thanks to shared governance and citizen involvement, Énergie Partagée has sold part of its shares to allow local actors to play a stronger role in the energy transition. A virtuous model empowering territories in green electricity production and boosting energy independence. 🌍🔋

📊 Key figures:

🔸 5.5 MWp installed capacity

🔸 6.45 GWh produced annually—enough for nearly 3,000 residents

🔸 30-year power purchase agreement with Enercoop

This project shows how citizen and local investment can accelerate the energy transition and strengthen regional energy autonomy.

✨ Carte blanche: Maud Caubet Architectes ✨

Visionary architect Maud Caubet, founder of Maud Caubet Architectes, continues to redefine urban architecture through bold and purposeful projects. Her latest work, the rehabilitation of the Racine Tower in Paris’ 12th arrondissement, showcases a design approach rooted in reuse—enriched by poetry, performance, and the nurturing presence of nature.

💡 A reversible design philosophy

For the Racine Tower, Maud Caubet applies her firm’s long-term design approach, based on reversibility. By anticipating future needs, the iconic 1970s building is transformed into a versatile, future-proof space.

🍃 Material-sensitive architecture

She integrates bio-sourced materials and reintroduces greenery at the heart of urban projects for what she calls “joyful and caring architecture.” At Racine, plants take over the street level and tower base, extend to productive rooftop uses, and feature an agricultural greenhouse beneath a new bioclimatic crown.

🌍 Commitment to the common good

Far from fleeting trends, Maud Caubet creates lasting, ecological, and socially-minded spaces. “An architect creates poetic spaces and acts politically by serving the public interest,” she affirms.

[BONI.D🔧] Travaux Suspendus: Renovating with solidarity for a sustainable future!

Since 2023, the Travaux Suspendus association, born from the Cabestan cooperative, has applied the “suspended coffee” concept to the building sector.

The idea? Help vulnerable households—those poorly housed or facing energy insecurity—access home renovation through collective solidarity. Building professionals and cooperatives step in to fund and carry out work not covered by public programs. A first project with the National Association of Companion Builders helped a single mother escape energy poverty.

👏 Kudos to Travaux Suspendus for their inspiring commitment to dignity, ecology, and mutual aid!
