EXTENDAM and Vicartem carry out their first joint operation in Nantes
EXTENDAM and Vicartem have decided to join forces in the acquisition of the Hôtel Bourgogne Nantes Gare. Located in the first economic hub of the West, the establishment will be subjected to a great development thanks to a restructuring program intended to develop the hotel’s capacities and reposition in a 3/4 * lifestyle segment (compared to 2 * currently).
