Closed since the onset of the Covid pandemic in 2020, the doors of the 3-star hotel will reopen in 2025. Hospitality capital investor EXTENDAM has teamed up with DG Invest, an operating partner, to acquire and transform the Blue Sea Calas Marina in Benidorm into an ibis Styles hotel. The 118-room hotel will undergo an extensive renovation and repositioning program to better cater to the needs of both foreign and domestic clientele, including tourists and professionals. The hotel is conveniently located in a city that is experiencing positive growth and development.
