As the supply of hotel assets grows more slowly than demand across Europe, 9million sqm of office space remained vacant in France in 2024, including 2million sqm classified as structurally vacant, according to BNP Paribas Real Estate’s barometer.This situation is prompting office building owners to explore alternative uses,while hotel investors are identifying new opportunities to create destinations.
