Hospitality continues to attract investors

In 2024, €2.7 billion were invested in the hotel sector in France — a 25% increase compared to the average over the past ten years.
This strong signal confirms the sector’s appeal, supported by robust tourism and ever-increasing demand.

– Proven resilience
– Attractive returns, with repositioned assets achieving gross yields of 12 to 15%
– Ongoing transformation, with hotels being reimagined to meet new traveler expectations — a field in which EXTENDAM is one of the most active players
