During the 4th session of The Tourism Factory, more than 80 industry professionals, along with students from ESSEC’s MSC in Hospitality Management, shared their ideas on the theme of the new value sharing in the hotel industry.

The resulting report then revisits the keys, avenues for reflection, and solutions for the creation and sharing of this value among all stakeholders in order to maintain a healthy balance within the ecosystem. The goal to assist professionals in opening the doors to an appealing hospitality.
