Three-stage rehabilitation for Racine project in the 12th arrondissement of Paris

Considered as a true landmark in the Picpus neighbourhood of the 12th arrondissement of Paris, the cylindrical tower, former headquarters of the Office National des Forêts, continues its transformation under the direction of Maud Caubet. Built in the mid-1970s, the iconic building is undergoing extensive rehabilitation to meet new urban needs and uses. The architect enhances the existing while creating new spaces in a three-stage approach: reinvest the carpark basement, bring the building up to standards, extend to the sky thanks to a new glass crown.
