Built mainly of wood, the eight floored project takes up the challenge of contemporary architecture, thanks to a bioclimatic approach, integrating geothermal energy, connection to urban heating networks, photovoltaic panels, natural light, and rainwater recovery. Nature takes all its importance in this project, with nearly 6,500 sqm of landscaped areas.
