[BONI.D] Rêv’Elles awakens potential!

Consultant in educational innovation at the time, Athina Marmorat works with young members of associations or within schools. She then noticed missing links in the orientation of young girls living in priority neighborhoods. In order to formalize this, she carried out a study highlighting the lack of self-esteem, a certain self-censorship of young girls and the difficulties in identifying their strengths and expressing their dreams.

In 2013, she creates Rêv’Elles in order to inspire, motivate, support these young women in their personal or professional development, and enable them to become actors in the society in which they evolve.

The association offers young women, in school or who have dropped out, innovative and participatory orientation assistance programs. The goal: to allow them to develop their self-confidence, to get to know each other better, to take the measure of their potential and to familiarize themselves with the company and its codes in order to lay the foundations for a professional project that suits them!

A great initiative that we salute!

Make digital accessible to everyone by breaking the digital divide

Born in China, Jean Guo grew up in the United States. As a child, she noticed the barriers that people with an immigrant background faced, especially when they did not speak the language of the host country and deplored the poor possibilities of building a professional network.

In 2015, when she moved to France after obtaining the Fullbright grant, Jean Guo studied the economic and health difficulties of marginalized populations as a researcher at Paris School of Economics. She very quickly wondered how she could immediately help these people. In 2016, she co-founded Konexio with the aim of making digital accessible to all. The structure thus offers training in digital skills – from the most basic to the most advanced – to promote socio-professional integration.

Organized on March 10th at the Friche de la Belle de Mai in Marseille, the Universités de l’Economie de Demain provided an opportunity to identify five proposals to help companies make their ecological transition.

As such, the Mouvement Impact France supports the model of the “mission-based” company which seeks, beyond simple profitability, to make a positive contribution to society.

So many proposals to be found in the Manifesto of the economy of tomorrow.
