For the 10th edition of the first festival of contemporary illustration, 80 exhibitors will gather at the Campus Fonderie de l’Image in Bagnolet. Publishers, illustrators, printers, tattoo artists, gallery owners and booksellers will come together around conferences, workshops and exhibitions. The event also spreads to many cultural venues at the heart of Paris. Awards will be distributed as Contemporary Illustration Grand Prix and the Youth Illustration Prize. The 10 years of contemporary illustration book, proposing reflections on contemporary illustration intersect’s world, will finally be offered for sale.

Les Grandes Idées and Maud Caubet were delighted to present Unisson(s) short documentary at La Maison de l’Architecture Ile-de-France. Organized into thematic chapters, the film brings together a galaxy of French and international architectural realizations integrating a low carbon approach as a creation base. The documentary was designed for Unisson(s) movement and brings together design, construction, planning and landscape players.

A documentary to share with as many people as possible in order to offer a vision of existing solutions but also to arouse the desire to continually find new ones!

Since its launch in September, Unisson(s) movement aims at mobilizing the entire chain of real estate and design players on decarbonization issue and organized its first practical sessions at La Maison de l’Architecture Ile-de-France.

After a design-thinking workshop session, a documentary directed by Annabelle Ledoux and Maud Caubet, was broadcast for the first time in France. This was followed by a round table which allowed to share experiences around learnings of low carbon architecture and living things. The first contemporary illustration festival in France will celebrate its 10th edition on December 3^rd, 2022! Les Puces de l’Illu takes this opportunity to organize conferences giving the floor to passionate people, initiation workshops sessions and exhibitions transporting in the universe of each and everyone.

This year, the festival wishes to promote the practice of contemporary illustration among young audiences and offers a dedicated workshop space, led by Le Musée en Herbe. A space dedicated to press illustration is also being created in order to address the place of illustration in the processing of information. A round table “What is press illustration? », moderated by Luce Mondor, will take place at the heart of the program.

Tattoo workshops, exhibitions, events and conferences on various themes will also take place in order to see contemporary illustration in all its colours!
