[BONI.D] Why accumulate objects when you can go to the library?

So many objects we possess are used only once a year, bought for a specific occasion (work, event, a sudden and fleeting passion…). Sharing instead of consuming is the alternative offered by objects libraries such as Manivelle in Switzerland or La Boutique du Partage in Nantes. A whole range of everyday life items are available for loan, just like books. Great initiatives to fight over-consumption and to put people and mutual help back at the centre of our lives while saving money and supporting circular economy.

We wish this movement to spread throughout Europe!

Hotels: real estate investors remain on the lookout despite Covid-19

Despite available liquidity and appetite of certain investors, the hotel real estate market did not escape from the shock of the 2020 health crisis. However, the hotel industry still seems to be a safe bet for investors, given that the number of transactions has remained stable compared to 2019. “It is a market that is regulated more by volume than by price. There are no sold off assets. There are some drops in the value, but they are relatively low, from 10 to 15%”, corroborates Jean-Marc Palhon, Chairman of EXTENDAM, representing 222 hotels and 2 billion euros in asset value in Europe, during his last interview for Les Echos.

Mille pas, the first game on women’s professional careers co-created with 1,000 women

Mille pas is an idea that blossomed within Bejoue’s dynamic and creative team. It’s a game that doesn’t exist yet but will be real in a few months. Mille pas is a type of Mille bornes dedicated to women’s professional careers, highlighting the brakes and accelerators encountered, but also the solutions to erase inequalities.
It is also a first game made in Bejoue that can be bought and co-created. Coralie Franiatte, Isa Terrier and Marianne Nicolas invite 1,000 women (why not you!) to co-write it by answering this questionnaire.
You can also participate in the Ulule fundraising campaign to launch the game.
And we think it’s a great idea! Congratulations Bejoue!
