Maud Caubet Architects breathes new life into a former hospice in Levallois-Perret

Known as Le Château, the iconic building, located between the streets of Barbès, Chaptal, Villiers and Voltaire in Levallois-Perret,  is getting a breath of fresh air thanks to Maud Caubet Architects.

This former hospice, dating back to 1877, will undergo a complete restructuring to meet thermal and accessibility requirements and adapt to new urban uses. Its majestic facade will regain its former splendor, and the outdoor spaces will be transformed into lush green areas.

Maud Caubet Architects’ design work is part of a comprehensive urban approach that bridges the gap between a meaningful heritage and future uses deeply rooted in the city of tomorrow.
