Today, groups of employees and managers committed to ecological and social transition are meeting at the COP26 to transform businesses.
For the occasion, Mouvement Impact France, carrying the voices of 7,500 leaders and entrepreneurs committed to ecological and social transition, has joined forces with Les Collectifs, a network of employee collectives mobilized for ecology.
“The leaders have the strategic vision, the employees have the vision of the field. We must encourage them to bring it up” explains Eva Sadoun, chairwoman of Mouvement Impact France.

In 2019, Priscillia Routier Trillard had the idea of creating a tool to help women. In 2020, The Sorority was born. Its goal: to enable women and people from gender minorities to never feel alone again!
Already bringing together 16,000 verified and certified profiles in 5 countries, the application makes it possible to find people ready to act and to come to the aid in real time, whether in the street, public transportation, at work or at home.
The Sorority community offers support, listening, advice and solutions to people who need it.
A wonderful idea that goes in the direction of living together!

While the social and ecological emergency calls for a change in the business model, Mouvement Impact France brings together a community of pioneers who have demonstrated that another model was possible and that businesses could bind growth, social impact, ecological impact, sharing value and power sharing.
Thus, Mouvement Impact France wants to defend and encourage recognition that companies have already adopted this model, but also to accelerate the social and ecological transformation of all companies in France.
Therefore, Mouvement Impact France has a dual entrepreneurial and political project, which it intends to place in a European and international perspective.
