While batteries are difficult to recycle, BeFC offers a light, flexible and totally biodegradable alternative, made from paper and sugar! A solution that could allow us to replace the single-use lithium battery.
With its aesthetics inspired by nearby houses, the Styléa building blends into its environment to offer housing that adapts to each living situation and needs. Flats have been designed to adapt themselves to the changing needs of its inhabitants. Their combinations make it possible to modulate each apartment, thanks to their particular distribution in the floors and the positioning of fuse walls or staircases in strategic places. The accommodations can thus go from studio to T5 duplex typologies.
Launched less than a year ago, Younight Hospitality, a subsidiary of VICARTEM group, has distinguished itself with an offer combining financial engineering, hotel management and design expertise. The young company draws up a positive balance assessment: as of December 31, it operates 12 hotels in 8 cities in France (Rennes, Nantes, Saint-Malo, La Rochelle, Laval, Angers, Bordeaux and Marseille) and is preparing for a new rich in projects year! Several openings are indeed planned: Marty Hotel in Bordeaux, Solly Hotel (formerly Little Palace) in the 3rd district of Paris.
