L’Hôtel des Deux Gares in Saint-Gervais, owned by the Berthier family since 1903, is turning a page in its history thanks to a pool of investors formed by EXTENDAM and the Mont-Blanc Collection hotel group. The establishment will benefit from a renovation plan this fall, with the objective of repositioning it in the 3 * segment, increasing its capacity and modernizing it, while keeping its family spirit. The complex consists of three chalets connected by a spa area, a restaurant and a bar. EXTENDAM and Mont-Blanc Collection are supported in equity by Bpifrance and Crédit Agricole des Savoie.
