Players of the Greater Paris’ new face are in Traits Urbains magazine

In March/April issue, Traits Urbains devotes a dossier to the 89 projects that are shaping the new face of the Greater Paris. Among them, Les Lumières Pleyel stands as a major project. It is signed by a group of 7 architects: Snohetta, Maud Caubet, Ateliers 2/3/4, Baumschlager Eberle, Chaix & Morel, Moreau Kusunoki and Mars Architects. Deployed by Sogelym Dixence, this ambitious project mixes offices, housing, culture, nature, sport and an ingenious bridge-building that will allow to cross the railway tracks.

Delivery of Origine, offices with high environmental performance
Maud Caubet Architects and Quadri Fiore Architecture have taken up the challenge of a wooden architecture adapted to very large volumes thanks to a wood, concrete and metal structure carrying eight floors. This environmental demonstrator aims for the highest levels of French and international labels and certifications. With Nouvelle Vague, its paired housing programme also designed by Maud Caubet, Origine combines controlled height, mixed uses, openings to the city and green breathing spaces for daily living. It thus meets the different needs of its users and neighbourhood residents.
