An iconic establishment in Nice, the La Pérouse hotel is now part of the EXTENDAM portfolio, which takes 70% of its capital. The remainder is taken over by Catella Hospitality Europe and Cèdre financial investors. Overlooking the Mediterranean, this 4* boutique hotel in the Angel’s Bay will be repositioned as a luxury boutique hotel and will undergo refurbishment work by an internationally renowned interior designer.

Founded by Victoria Lièvre, designer graduated from the Marseille Mediterranean School of Art and Design, and Luc Fischer, from a business school, Repulp designs and manufactures a range of everyday objects made from orange skins and other citrus fruits. The two partners thus offer another way of producing and mark a new step towards a zero-waste world.
Based in Marseille, Repulp sources its supplies from the region’s fruit juice extraction food industry to provide this great alternative to materials derived from petrochemicals. Biobased and recyclable, Repulp products are beautiful, sustainable and compostable at the same time!
A great idea that changes the game!
