In an interview conducted by Luc-Etienne Rouillard Lafond on BITV from Business Immo, Matthias Navarro, co-founder of REDMAN, emphasized the importance of rethinking real estate to meet the aspirations of residents and territories. A vision made real through landmark projects like QG 206 Lafayette, recently awarded the Équerre d’Argent in the “Activity Spaces” category. 🏆
✅ Tailor-made real estate: far from standard models, each project enhances existing structures and adapts to local realities.
✅ Real commitments: environmental performance, social justice, and contributions to the “no net land take” (ZAN) goal.
✅ A call for sustainable cities: caring for, enhancing, and building a harmonious living environment.
With projects like QG 206 Lafayette or the 4 buildings developed under VIR by ALTEV by REDMAN in Paris, REDMAN illustrates its commitment to urban regeneration that meets real needs.

In Toulouse, the BOCALENVERS association transforms end-of-life fruits and vegetables into delicious sweet and savory jars: jams, chutneys, spreads…
But behind the scenes, there’s even more flavor:
✨ A story born from friendship
Camille Magré and Soël Maincent, two engineer friends with a passion for cooking, decided to flip the system—saying STOP to food waste and START to solidarity.
💡 A social mission
BOCALENVERS supports people experiencing hardship. In its solidarity canning workshop, they regain confidence, build skills, and work toward professional projects while overcoming personal and administrative challenges.
🌍 A local and sustainable dynamic
Through local production and reusable jars, BOCALENVERS fights food waste and fosters social inclusion on a human scale.
👏 Hats off to BOCALENVERS for this inspiring commitment and funky recipes that delight both the taste buds and the heart.
