While many Haussmann-style apartments have seen their layouts change over the years to accommodate various uses (residence, office), the era of concrete construction has somewhat frozen the possibilities for interior design.
Today, technological innovations and construction methods allow for the creation of adaptable homes. This is the case with Styléa, a residence of 33 units in Malakoff conceived and designed by the architectural firm AIR Architectures, which can evolve according to the residents’ desires. Flexibility guided the building’s structure, enabling interior changes to be made at a minimal cost. Olivier Leclercq, co-founder of the firm, explains: “The secret lies in discreetly incorporating ‘fuseable’ elements such as doors, walls…“.

During the 4th session of The Tourism Factory, more than 80 industry professionals, along with students from ESSEC’s MSC in Hospitality Management, shared their ideas on the theme of the new value sharing in the hotel industry.
The resulting report then revisits the keys, avenues for reflection, and solutions for the creation and sharing of this value among all stakeholders in order to maintain a healthy balance within the ecosystem. The goal to assist professionals in opening the doors to an appealing hospitality.

A young nonprofit organization based in the Loire region, Silver Anana aims to enhance the inclusion of elderly individuals in society. Spearheaded by Jonathan Eudeline, the project aims to support individuals who are questioning their lives after retirement, through various complementary approaches: group workshops, individual guidance, and the use of self-guided tools.
Silver Anana provides advice, tools, and concrete solutions for retirees, enabling them to choose and organize the retirement they wish to experience, and (re)discover their role in community life.
