On this International Women’s Day, we celebrate the leadership and commitment of inspiring women like Florence Guebey, general manager of the Campus Fonderie de l’Image.
Her mission is clear: to train nearly 700 young people each year in the fields of graphic design, project management and digital communication. Her dedication to professional and social integration in creative professions is exemplary.
Under her leadership, the Campus Fonderie de l’Image is also committed to promoting visual arts to the widest audience, providing a platform for expression and opportunities for all.
Congratulations to Florence Guebey for her leadership and dedication to training in the media and creativity field. A wonderful example of commitment to gender equality and inclusion!

Employers are placing increasing importance on the combination of technical skills and soft skills (behavior and attitude of employees at work). Human aspect has become a crucial, even privileged, element in the recruitment process.
It is interesting to note that some employers are even willing to hire people who do not have all the required technical skills but possess excellent interpersonal qualities. As Pierre-Gilles Bouquet, founder of the recruitment firm Voluntae, points out, “There are people who are not the most technically gifted but make the work more enjoyable”. For him, these skills are “very important,” even though they vary greatly from one person to another.
The recruitment expert also highlights the importance of proactive participation and engagement in the professional environment, which are particularly appreciated by recruiters.

Golden Blocks is driven by the desire to give equal opportunities to young people from disadvantaged urban and rural areas by making sports accessible to all! Since its creation in 2014 by Boro Doucouré, Matthieu Lahaye, and French 110-meter hurdles legend Ladji Doucouré, Golden Blocks has reached over 20 000 young people in France. Through annual athletics tours and innovative events, the organization reveals talents and offers more than 40 athletics licenses to promising young people each year.
In 2021, the association took a new step by launching the Golden Blocks Academy. The new structure aims to inspire and train youth in sports-related careers. Golden Blocks believes in the power of sports practice to transform lives and entire communities. By bringing the stadium to the heart of disadvantaged neighbourhoods, Golden Blocks aims to break down barriers and open pathways to a more inclusive and egalitarian future.
Congratulations for this great project that continues to grow!
