An innovative, productive ecosystem is taking shape in Saint-Médard-en-Jalles, within the Galaxie 4 Economic Zone.
Supported by Bordeaux Métropole, the project was designed to support productive businesses, from artisans to manufacturers. It redefines industrial real estate by integrating modularity, shared services, and environmental performance.
As reported by Sud Ouest, the project — led by REDMAN and ESSENTIEL — reinvents workspace planning to meet the specific needs of local production stakeholders.
The current Call for Expressions of Interest (CEI) invites companies to co-design their future work environment.

After multiple placements as a child, Ricardo Ribeiro created a farm to connect vulnerable youth with rescued animals through his organization: Plein Air & Pastoureau.
Offering Temporary Educational Care Services (SEAT), the project is located in the Massif de la Gardiole on a 4-hectare site where nature, learning, and autonomy come together to help young people rebuild their lives.
Based on testimony, care, and transmission, the initiative provides a vital moment of pause and connection — with nature, with others, and with oneself.
