In their quest to find a body-friendly and environmentally responsible deodorant, William Wauters and Lucie Mosnier launched Les Enfants Sauvages. Together, they aim to demonstrate that it is possible to produce a healthy and truly effective deodorant, thanks to a 100% natural, organic, vegan, and made in France formula.
The brand has implemented a zero-waste system with reusable and refillable glass bottles and refills! The concept is quite simple: you only need to make one online order for the roll-on bottle, and once it’s empty, refills are available for purchase. The return of the refills is free in packs of 10. After being collected, they are cleaned and made available for resale. This way, everything is reused and nothing is thrown away!
Congratulations on this fantastic BONI.D!

The European hotel industry achieved historic performances in May, according to the Barometer conducted by EXTENDAM with the support of its partners. These results suggest an optimistic scenario for the summer period.
Vianney Lautrous, Head of Asset Management at EXTENDAM, explains: “In May, the hotel industry experienced a somewhat quiet first half, despite the public holidays, both in Paris and in the regions. Throughout France, the growth in occupancy rates remains moderate compared to last year, even though the post-Covid recovery had been very strong“.
Those who might have been disappointed by the slow growth in occupancy rates can take comfort in the continued growth of average prices, notes Vianney Lautrous, Head of Asset Management at EXTENDAM: “We still observe stratospheric average prices, to the point where one may wonder where the glass ceiling is, as in June, it is highly likely to be surpassed once again.”

Last May, Maud Caubet Architects won the first prize in the Rethinking The Future competition in the Culture category with Les Sheds! A true heritage of the City of Pantin, the former Cartier-Bresson spinning mills have been rehabilitated, blending history, modernity, and landscape. The site now hosts two spaces: one dedicated to art, the other to early childhood, and serves as an exemplary model of architectural recomposition of existing structures.
Congratulations to Maud Caubet Architects for this achivement!
