By 2028, the American startup Outsite plans to open a hundred new “all-inclusive” coliving spaces in Europe designed for the modern telecommuter. This expansion will be financed by three investment funds, EXTENDAM, Keys REIM and Stone Capital, totalising 300 million euros. They will acquire hotels in various European cities and fund the renovations to convert them into large coliving spaces with coworking areas. These locations will then be managed by Outsite.

A few days ago, the RTL show La France s’engage dedicated an episode to citizen initiatives in renewable energy. Marc Mossalgue, spokesperson for Énergie Partagée, described the foundations of the citizen energy movement and how these projects operate.
Énergie Partagée empowers citizens to invest in renewable energy projects (wind, solar, geothermal, etc.). As shareholders, citizens fund and own these projects, generating local benefits and creating jobs.
