Noème Project by Maud Caubet Highlighted on France Bleu

Located on the former IBM tertiary site by Lake Bordeaux, Noème transforms 40 Journaux district into a quiet living space. From studios to family apartments, block 6 of the Noème project offers generous outdoor spaces in a neighborhood designed for all generations, promoting soft mobility and integrating harmoniously into a pine forest environment.

Maud Caubet Architectes paid particular attention to providing:

  • Controlled density and omnipresent nature

Each floor of the buildings embraces nature with inhabited terraces, offering residents shared and private spaces.

  • Meeting spaces at the heart of the suspended gardens

The residences, duplexes, and houses are designed to encourage interactions with rooftop gardens and communal vegetable gardens.

  • An approach of the right material in the right place

Local wooden floors and walkways blend seamlessly into their environment, while raw aggregate facades add a touch of natural and authentic character.

  • A timeless project, imbued with aesthetics and poetry

Noème offers soft and pleasant spaces for each of its inhabitants.
