2023 was exceptional for Énergie Partagée with a threefold increase in investments in citizen renewable energy projects compared to 2022. The pioneering movement of citizen renewable energies announced a total raise of 40 million euros, invested in 135 green energy production projects across France!
Erwan Boumard, CEO of Énergie Partagée commented: “The investment of 40 million euros since our inception marks a significant milestone in our commitment to the citizen energy transition. The financed projects meet the exemplary criteria of our label and are profitable to ensure a reasonable return. This is a collective achievement that reflects the dedication of our teams as well as the growing trust and support of our shareholders and partners”.
Office conversion projects into hotels must meet several criteria to be successful (types of buildings, locations, etc.). Hotel investors are seizing these opportunities in a crisis-hit office market.
John F Hewitt Fernández, EXTENDAM manager, said to Le Monde: “We review numerous operations of this type each month. […] We are convinced there is something to be done in this field”.
