End of Summer: A Strong Outcome for the French Hotel Industry

Summer is coming to an end and leaves behind some insights gathered in the latest monthly barometer conducted by EXTENDAM, with the support of its partners: MKG Consulting, Deutsche Bank, SNCF, e-axess, D-edge Hospitality Solutions, Flightradar24, La Bourse des Vols, CDS Groupe, and BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Despite a slight decrease in occupancy rates to 69%, compared to 71% in 2022, players in the French hotel industry managed to perform well by generating increased revenue. This performance was made possible by the high average prices, which contributed to the sector’s profitability.
