The Vicartem group announces a new building acquisition in Nantes
Specialized in innovative hotels, real estate and retail, Vicartem group has announced a new building acquisition at 8 rue Royale in Nantes. Thanks to the operation on this emblematic architecture place, Vicartem completes its portfolio of “prime” assets. As a subsidiary of the Vicartem Group, Vicartem Reim led acquisition and financing parts of the operation and is now responsible for the asset property management.

After the launch of its manifesto, Unisson(s) movement, supported by the New European Bauhaus, unveils its short documentary film directed by Maud Caubet and Annabelle Ledoux. The latter echoes a constellation of French and international architectural approaches integrating low carbon as an act of creation, giving birth to a new architectural approach.

Thanks to this documentary, Unisson(s) offers a collection of good practices aimed at disseminating ecological and aesthetic architecture and calls on all the design professions to produce reasoned constructions and commit together towards low carbon realizations.
“Towards a low-carbon and living things architecture”, a 26-minute documentary whose direction and production was entrusted to Maud Caubet, the script to the agency Les Grandes Idées, the production to Olivier Sabatier, the illustrations to Félix Roudier and Victor Dussap and post-production to YOTTA!

For the 10th edition of the first festival of contemporary illustration, 80 exhibitors will gather at the Campus Fonderie de l’Image in Bagnolet. Publishers, illustrators, printers, tattoo artists, gallery owners and booksellers will come together around conferences, workshops and exhibitions. The event also spreads to many cultural venues at the heart of Paris. Awards will be distributed as Contemporary Illustration Grand Prix and the Youth Illustration Prize. The 10 years of contemporary illustration book, proposing reflections on contemporary illustration intersect’s world, will finally be offered for sale.

Vicartem and Eternam join forces for the acquisition of commercial premises in Brest
After a first association to acquire a portfolio of commercial assets of 5,000 sqm in Toulouse, Nantes and Aubagne, Vicartem and Eternam investors duo distinguished again this year by acquiring 4,185 sqm of commercial premises in Brittany. This commercial complex enjoys a prime location near national brands.
A pleasing acquisition for Romain Gowhari, Deputy CEO of the Vicartem group: “This acquisition once again demonstrates our sourcing capacity in a city with growing attractiveness in Brittany, our historical anchorage region”.

The documentary was designed for Unisson(s) movement and brings together design, construction, planning and landscape players.
A documentary to share with as many people as possible in order to offer a vision of existing solutions but also to arouse the desire to continually find new ones!

Unisson(s) movement in action
Since its launch in September, Unisson(s) movement aims at mobilizing the entire chain of real estate and design players on decarbonization issue and organized its first practical sessions at La Maison de l’Architecture Ile-de-France.
After a design-thinking workshop session, a documentary directed by Annabelle Ledoux and Maud Caubet, was broadcast for the first time in France. This was followed by a round table which allowed to share experiences around learnings of low carbon architecture and living things. Le journal du Grand Paris comes back to the event in an article published this week.
