An alliance that makes sense with Younight Hospitality

Located in 8 countries of France (Rennes, Nantes, Saint-Malo, La Rochelle, Laval, Bordeaux and Marseille), the Vicartem group’s hospitality management company, has distinguished by its offer combining property investments, design expertise and hospitality know-how.

This alliance comes from a meeting between Céline, Sébastien Meslin and Romain Gowhari. The latter is recognized specialist in hotel investment. This is how they master every aspects of hotel and para-hotel management. Taking advantage of the expertise of each one allows them to develop further, as in hospitality heritage and additional activities from hospitality. At the end of 2022, the company has a 12-hotel portfolio and 40 apartments under management.

Towards a low-carbon and living architecture, a Unisson(s) documentary directed by Maud Caubet and Annabelle Ledoux

Producer of the documentary Towards a low-carbon and living architecture, Maud Caubet returns to the raison d’être of such a film.

“The idea is to popularize the role of the architect in society, in particular its investment in the sustainable and ecological aspect of projects. How can an architect be part of this positive approach to renewing its profession and its practices? How can we reclaim environmental issues by creating a new approach?”, specifies the architect, who also lends her voice to the narration of the film. Questions that the short documentary film answers over the course of 26 minutes.

The young company draws up a positive balance assessment: as of December 31, it operates 12 hotels in 8 cities in France (Rennes, Nantes, Saint-Malo, La Rochelle, Laval, Angers, Bordeaux and Marseille) and is preparing for a new rich in projects year!  As a social and solidarity economy company, Le Jardin est la recette works to improve food resilience, regenerate biodiversity in our gardens and to support the transition by creating a channel for harvest and wild plants of the garden. Actually, the structure allows individuals, whether they are diligent or occasional gardeners, to use their vegetables, fruits, spices and wild plants overporductions if and only if, these have been cultivated without any pesticide and fertilizer. A great encouragement to go back to gardening and the restore nature in our gardens!

How does it work? The member gardeners work on gardens and prepare their harvest according to the specifications of Le Jardin est la recette. Their practice is controlled to guarantee the organic quality of the harvests. The hervested ingredients are transformed by le Jardin est la recette, and then distributed by a network of supplier’s collaborators. We love the idea!
