Thanks to the brothers Moussié and Extendam, there will be soon a new Bouillon République

This rehabilitation project is born from the cooperation between Extendam, a leader of private equity in business hotels in Europe, and the founders of Bouillon Pigalle, Hotel Providence and the future Eldorado in Paris. Together, they want to give a new life to Chez Jenny, place de la République in Paris, by creating Bouillon République.

Refusing to copy and paste, the teams are keen to change the concept by taking into account the neighbourhood specificities, atmosphere, lifestyles and therefore, expectations.
In these 2,000 sq.m, the restaurant will accommodate 600 seats, or twice as much as Bouillon Pigalle. So many warning signs of a new Parisian address that we must test in September 2019!

Wallpaper * magazine features La Maison des Landes

La Maison des Landes is a carte blanche given to Maud Caubet Architects by a collector. This project delivered in July 2018 embodies the philosophy of the agency: it blurs boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. Perched in a pine forest by the sea, the house with its dark wood structure blends into its environment.
