[BONI.D] CER Milani: a driving school that paves the way to solidarity

In Pantin, an initiative takes the wheel for change: CER Milani, a driving school redefines the meaning of solidarity driving!

Each driving lesson becomes an opportunity to help those who are the most in need through the alliance of Manaf Acimi and CER Milani. In partnership with the association Les Petits Frères des Pauvres, driving students graciously transport people in need during driving hours. A simple gesture that has a huge impact on the lives of these passengers.

By boarding with learner drivers, passengers in need reach their destinations: medical appointments, essential errands or the home of a loved one. All this, at no extra cost or worry, thanks to the generosity of CER Milani.

More than just a driving lesson, the course becomes a life lesson. A lesson about the importance of reaching out to those in need, even while pursuing the road to our own goals.

Let’s applaud this great initiative! 👏

Once the two establishments are combined, the 71-room hotel will be intended for a business or leisure, international or domestic customers. Nicolas Ponson, portrait of a low-carbon developer

As ALTEV’s arrival within the REDMAN Group was announced, Julie Le Bolzer painted the portrait of Nicolas Ponson, co-founder of REDMAN, a low-carbon developer, a mission-driven company, certified as BCorp. Since 2007, Nicolas Ponson and his partner Matthias Navarro have shaped REDMAN into a force for change, with a clear vision: the development of low-carbon urban projects with a strong transformational lever.

His recent activity demonstrates REDMAN’s commitment this year to further strengthen its dedication to rehabilitation rather than construction for a future with low environmental impact and high social impact, which the group intends to develop with its peers. “Everyone needs it, but no company can do it alone… especially if it doesn’t dare,” emphasizes Nicolas Ponson.

Investing in hospitality: a great idea according to Les Echos Week-End!

While office and residential assets are going through turbulent times, the hotel real estate sector is holding steady and not only in anticipation of the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Several long-term trends are indeed driving this sector: the lack of short and long-term accommodations, the strategic role of hotels open to their neighbourhoods in revitalizing city centers, and the permanent establishment of telecommuting leading to an increasing demand for hybrid forms of rental housing, as stated by Jean-Marc Palhon, Chairman of EXTENDAM, to Laurence Boccara for Les Echos Week-End.

Founded five years ago by Adrien Long and Anne-Laure Camilotto, Altev has developed more than fifteen rehabilitation and/or conversion operations for housing, offices, hotels, or managed residences. REDMAN thus confirms the strategic priority given by the group to intensify its activity towards asset conversion, expanding the scope of its interventions both in terms of building size and location, and establishing itself as a key player in this market.

Given the climate emergency and the imperatives of environmental transition, urban regeneration emerges as a major challenge for the real estate sector,” emphasizes Matthias Navarro, co-founder of Redman.
