The Centre Hospitalier du Nord Mayenne has inaugurated its photovoltaic canopies: a 500 kW solar power plant that will produce 525,000 kWh/year—covering 11% of the hospital’s electricity needs.

In partnership with SOHOMA, EXTENDAM has acquired the Best Western Hotel France du Pont Wilson, a 4-star, 54-room hotel in the heart of Lyon. This new investment reflects EXTENDAM’s ongoing strategy to grow its hotel portfolio in premium locations.
The hotel will benefit from a revamped revenue management and operational strategy while maintaining its commitment to sustainability and Green Key certification.
