Vicartem and Eternam join forces for the acquisition of commercial premises in Brest

After a first association to acquire a portfolio of commercial assets of 5,000 sqm in Toulouse, Nantes and Aubagne, Vicartem and Eternam investors duo distinguished again this year by acquiring 4,185 sqm of commercial premises in Brittany. This commercial complex enjoys a prime location near national brands.

A pleasing acquisition for Romain Gowhari, Deputy CEO of the Vicartem group: “This acquisition once again demonstrates our sourcing capacity in a city with growing attractiveness in Brittany, our historical anchorage region”.

How to highlight architects’ commitment to social and environmental challenges?

Les Grandes Idées and Maud Caubet were delighted to present Unisson(s) short documentary at La Maison de l’Architecture Ile-de-France. Organized into thematic chapters, the film brings together a galaxy of French and international architectural realizations integrating a low carbon approach as a creation base. The documentary was designed for Unisson(s) movement and brings together design, construction, planning and landscape players.

A documentary to share with as many people as possible in order to offer a vision of existing solutions but also to arouse the desire to continually find new ones!

Unisson(s) movement in action

Since its launch in September, Unisson(s) movement aims at mobilizing the entire chain of real estate and design players on decarbonization issue and organized its first practical sessions at La Maison de l’Architecture Ile-de-France.

After a design-thinking workshop session, a documentary directed by Annabelle Ledoux and Maud Caubet, was broadcast for the first time in France. This was followed by a round table which allowed to share experiences around learnings of low carbon architecture and living things. Le journal du Grand Paris comes back to the event in an article published this week.
