CF News Immo published its 2021 retrospective of real estate transactions a few days ago, revealing a hotel sector in great shape. We thus find in second position, the acquisition of the legendary 4* hotel La Pérouse in Nice carried out by EXTENDAM, in partnership with Catella Hospitality Europe and Cèdre.

Renamed Racine, the former building of the Office National des Forêts is renovated by architect Maud Caubet. Open to the city, the program integrates third places that can adapt to multiple possibilities and different forms of nature in the city on each of its floors.
Maud Caubet has also worked on the density and heights in order to emphasize the contemporary aspect of the building with a completely renovated façade and a roof topped with a glass greenhouse. This intervention renews the silhouette of the building while preserving an architectural heritage from the 1970s.
