EXTENDAM and MyHotels give birth to Babel Lille!

Following the great success of Babel Belleville, EXTENDAM and MyHotels group join forces once again to create Babel Lille. This new establishment is the result of the joint acquisition of the buildings and assets of two adjacent hotels. Once renovated and restructured, the new address will offer 71 rooms, a restaurant, a cocktail bar, a seminar room, and common areas. Inspired by the history of the city, Babel Lille will be designed as the home of a modern corsair, gathering objects from his travels and drawing inspiration from skills worldwide.

The kick-off of the Matinales des Assises du Grand Paris 2024!

The first Matinale des Assises du Grand Paris was held last Tuesday at FNAIM Grand Paris.

 

The event marked the start of the 2nd edition of the Assises du Grand Paris built on the theme of decarbonizing Île-de-France.

 

During this morning session, three roundtables brought together Grand Paris operators around the central theme of the Legacy of the 2024 Olympics.

 

Countdown, the perpetuation of new urban practices, local issues and innovations deployed at the Olympic venues were among the topics discussed during this first meeting.

Farmers’ energy to serve ecological transition

Énergie Partagée has been federating and supporting actors of citizen energy in France for about a decade. The network is currently supporting 350 projects, whether they are photovoltaic installations, wind farms, biogas plants or wood-fired heating plants.

 

Énergie Partagée encourages the development of renewable energies locally and involves farmers more or less directly in an increasing share of the projects.
