Acquisition of an hotel at Lorient by Extendam

EXTENDAM acquires its first hotel in South of Brittany. The ibis Lorient Gare and it 51 rooms will undergo a major refurbishment program and a new revenue management strategy conducted by Céline Da Mota Filippi, a professional of hospitality since 2012 and happy owner of an hotel she has entirely repositioned in Saint-Brieuc.

“Once the hotel’s refurbishment is complete, the asset should experience a new dynamism and deploy its full potential to reach a cruise rhythm in 2024. Brittany is a region where  leisure and business tourism are chasing a great growth and we are pleased about this second acquisition in the region” guarantee Inès Haack and Bertrand Pullès, in charge of investment for EXTENDAM.

Origin’s project is in Archistorm

At Nanterre, Origin program is proudly located on the edge of “Les terrasses” neighborhood. Winner of an Icade competition in 2015, it faithfully represents the will of the outsider association represented by Maud Caubet Architects and Quadri Fiore Architecture to propose a contextualized architecture, to meet environmental and social challenges, an architecture that is part of the daily life of users and passers-by, as it appeals to senses and common sense. Annabelle Ledoux told the story of this beautiful project in a book published by Bookstorming – Archistorm.
