EXTENDAM expands its hotel assets in Germany and in the Netherlands

EXTENDAM is expanding its portfolio in Europe by investing in the ibis Styles Arnsberg Sauerland in Germany and two Hotel Not Hotel hotels in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. These are hotels with a large domestic customer base, a model that has proved its resilience in recent months.

Cécile Leclerc, EXTENDAM Investment Manager, explains: “These investments are part of our support for new hotel models and concepts, which are representative of the future of the hotel industry”.

Sustainable tourism: EXTENDAM and Betterfly Tourism sign a partnership to accelerate the environmental and social transition of the hotel industry

Slight drop before the rebound in the hotel industry

While the sector’s performance has tended to improve in recent months, April marked a further slowdown in activity in France. However, the sector is beginning to rebound and a good dynamic has been confirmed since the end of April.
